An Inconvenient Truth

Maggie and I went to see this film a couple days ago. There's no telling how long it will be in Taichung, I think it just opened up last week. That's some scary shit. Then, that night we watched Ice Age 2 with Franklin. He really enjoyed the scenes with the squirrel and the acorn.

Taiwan is getting hotter. But there have only been a couple of typhoons blowing by this year. I'm trying to find some cool graphics like they have in the movie to show what would happen to my city in the event of Greenland melting.

Damn, sorry MD. You're right. It's playing at Mitsuoshi Mall at ... oh WTF! Sorry, the film must not have been making enough money in Taiwan. Two weeks and out.

The DVD is set for release on November 21st. I haven't been to the night market recently to see if there is a pirated copy of the film floating around, though I can't imagine that it was too big of a draw for the pirated movie crowd.
